The creative process is a cathartic tool for self-reflection. You do not need to be an artist to participate in art therapy. Whether you enjoy sand tray work, watercolors or sculpture, the art process is a path to channel your energy and increase self-expression. I will provide various materials depending on your preference and help you to unlock your subconscious and link your art process to your healing process.
