I believe that no two people are alike. I tailor my therapeutic approach to each individual, couple or family I meet. My core belief is that each of us has the potential to heal from any pain or obstacle life has given us. It is my mission to help you uncover what the pain is, where is it coming from and how to manage and heal from it.

I will help you uncover your own strengths and assist you in discovering  your potential. My style is built on this strengths-based approach and integrates mindful awareness, humanistic and problem solving approaches.

I graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Art Therapy. I am trained in Child-Parent Psychotherapy, TF-CBT and Seeking Safety. I also use the evidenced-based practices of Triple P and MAP in my work
